How can I add my photo to this site?You can upload your photo directly from your computer. In order to do this you have to register. Please do not send your photos by e-mail with the request to place them on this site.
System denies accepting my photo.Please make sure the size your photo is less than 500 kb and the resolution of your photo must be 50x100 or higher.
When I try to upload the photo the server replies "Page not found" or "Server not found". What is the problem?Probably the size of your photo is too large and it takes much time to load the photo.
Why has my photo been rejected? It is up to your requirements!The decision about accepting or rejecting the photo is made by the moderator. The requirements are just a guide. Please look through the list of reasons for which your photo could potentially be rejected:
- Votre image est trop petite. La résolution de votre image doit être de 350x450 ou plus
- Les photos de groupe ne sont pas acceptables. On ne sait pas clairement qui vous êtes sur la photo. Vous pouvez vous encercler sur la photo ou pointer avec une flèche en utilisant n'importe quel programme de retouche photo
- Information de contact c'est-à-dire adresse e-mail, URL, messagerie instantanée, écrit sur votre photo ou mentionné dans les informations personnelles
- La qualité de l'image est mauvaise. Votre visage n'est pas clairement visible ou vous êtes trop loin de l'appareil photo
- Votre photo semble indiquer que vous avez moins de 13 ans
- La taille de votre photo est trop grande (plus de 500 Ko), ou nous ne pouvons pas la télécharger
- Votre profil contient de la publicité sous n'importe quelle forme
- Il nous semble que la personne représentée sur la photo est une célébrité ou un modèle
- Vous avez écrit trop peu d'informations sur vous
- La nudité excessive, les matiériaux X, les poses provocantes, les gestes injurieux
- L'adresse E-mail saisie dans votre compte est erronée ou il est impossible de délivrer des messages à votre adresse.Veuillez changer votre adresse e-mail. Sinon, votre compte sera supprimé dans un mois
- Votre visage doit être clairement visible sur la photo. Les photos d'animaux, de nature, de voitures, de parties du corps, etc, ne sont pas autorisées. Les gens veulent voir votre visage
- The person depicted in the photo is under 18
Every time I log in and perform any operation the system asks me to log in once more. How can I avoid this problem?This is possible in the case when a cookies file is damaged in some way. You can correct it by deleting the file:
- close all the windows of the browser;
- choose Search / search for file in the Start menu;
- search for “doulike” in “Windows” folder (most probably this will be the c:\windows\ folder);
- delete the files you've found there;
- reload your browser.
I know my friends have already voted for my photo, but I do not see the results of the voting. What is the problem?The calculation of the votes isn't done immediately, it is done every 20 minutes.
My friend placed his/her photo on the site. Is there a quick way of finding his/her photo without having to look through other user profiles?The only way to find your friend’s photo immediately is clicking the direct link which has to be given to you by him.
Can I contact a person I liked on the site? Can you help me get in touch with him/her?According to the “User’s Agreement” we have no right to give out somebody’s e-mail address. But if the person you like is a “Match” of yours, you'll be able to contact each other.
Some people are indicated with stars. Why? They are upgraded users. And they can send and receive an unlimited number of emails to all of their matches.
How can I change my e-mail address?Log in and choose "Settings->My e-mail". You can change your e-mail address on that page.
How do I exchange messages with my matches?If you wish to send your match a message, you should go to the Match section of your profile and click the “send message” button. In order to read a new message that has been sent to you by a certain match you have to go to the Mail section of your profile where you`ll see who sent you a message. Just click on it. You'll see the “All messages” box where you can read the new message and the old ones this box. It keeps track of all messages you have exchanged with the match. In order to create a new message look below the “All messages” box there you'll see the “New message” box. This box is solely for writing new messages.
If somebody clicked "Yes" to my photo, does he or she automatically becomes a match of mine?No. You can become each other`s match only if you both click “Yes” to each others photos . If somebody clicks “Yes” to your photo, then his/her photo gets higher priority for being shown to you.
But this doesn't mean that all you have to do is register and then sit and wait for people to become your matches. You should be active in clicking Yes or Next to people's photos. Then more users will see you, and will have the chance to tell you that they like you too!
You never know whether people pressed “Yes” on your photo.
Are my answers reckoned if I press "Yes" or "Next" before my photo is appraised by the moderator?Yes, they are reckoned. But your photo will be shown only after the moderator has approved of the photo.
How can I change my personal info, age, name and location?You should log in and choose “My profile” in the menu.
If I have sent somebody a letter how can I know whether he or she has read it?If you are 3-star or 5-star member, you can ask for reading confirmation. The system will send a letter to your e-mail address which will contain the abovementioned confirmation.
Why can't I get my match's e-mail?Because probably this person is not ready to give you his contact information yet. Do you always get a person's phone number immediately after having seen each other for the first time? Why should Internet dating be different? Your match will give his or her contact information only if he is totally ready to do so.
If I have deleted a match is there a possibility that this person will contact me?No, this will not be possible. If you delete somebody from the list of matches he/she can not contact you. Thus you have the full control of your contacts.
I have no matches. What can I do to increase the chance of getting a match?We recommend you to take the following steps:
- make sure your profile is interesting and impressive. Short profiles don't contain enough info for the other users to decide whether they like you or not. We suggest you write as much interesting stuff about yourself as possible this is the best way to stand out from the crowd.
- Be more active in clicking “yes” or “next” to other peoples profiles. You will be seen by more people attracted to you.
Is the service chargeable? You have to pay only if you want to send another free service user a message. Chargeable subscription to the service costs from $ 19.95. Search for matches among the charged users. Exchanging messages with paid members is free for basic users.
Can I look through the photos of people from my area?Yes you can. Above the voting block you can see the settings board where you can chose the sex, age and location of the people whose profiles you want to look through.

- Ouverture de session dans votre compte Hotmail.
- Vérifiez votre dossier corbeille. S'il se trouve là, cliquez sur le bouton "pas un courrier indésirable" tout en affichant le message dans votre dossier Courrier indésirable.
- Si ce n'est pas là, cliquez sur "Options"
- Sur le côté gauche de la page, cliquez sur Courrier et cliquez ensuite sur Protection de corbeille E-mail.
- Cliquez sur Liste Sûre.
- Tapez une adresse ou un domaine (admin [at] doulike.com, www.doulike.com) ensuite cliquez sur Ajouter.
- Si c'est arrivé plusieurs fois avec nos e-mails, essayez d'ajouter admin[at]doulike.com à votre carnet d'adresses.
AOL MAIL
- Vérifiez votre dossier courrier indésirable si vous en avez un. (Si vous avez AOL 6.0 ou supérieur, vous pouvez accéder à votre dossier courrier indésirable avec les mots-clés: "Dossier de courrier indésirable" ou en accédant à votre boîte aux lettres sur AOL 9.0 et versions supérieures)
- Si vous constatez que le courrier de admin[at]doulike.com est dans votre dossier courrier indésirable, cliquez simplement sur le bouton "ce n'est pas un courrier indésirable" quand vous l'ouvrez.
- Si c'est arrivé plusieurs fois avec nos e-mails, essayez d'ajouter admin[at]doulike.com à votre carnet d'adresses.
I've paid for membership. Why I am not a Star Member yet?After you have paid for membership you should wait for 2-3 hours.It takes time for authorizing your payment between the Payment system and your bank.
If I change my photo will my Matches be deleted?Your Matches won't be deleted. But your "YES to Me" and "Who Viewed Me" counts will be reset.
How can I see the people who've said YES to my photo?Every day we send you emails with links to people who have said YES to your photo.Also, you can see photos of people who have clicked YES to your photo when you're looking through photos on the "Meet new people" page.Above the photos of those people you'll see the title "This user already voted "Yes" for your photo". If you don't see that written above any of the photos then there aren't any people who have said YES to your photo. And it doesn't matter what filter you choose you will see those people anyway. Now you can see all users who voted YES for you on the “YES to Me” page.
There are 5 YES votes in my rating. But I've received only 3 links to people who have said YES to my photo. Where are the other 2 links?Both registered and unregistered users look at your photo. So we can give you links to registered users because we have their photos. But we cannot give you links to unregistered users because we don't have their photos. As a result you have YES votes but no links.
How can I pay?You can pay only by CCBill or PayPal using credit card.
I can't send messages. Basic Members can send messages only to Star Members. When a Basic Member changes his/her photo his/her account goes to moderation and Basic members can't send notes or messages. Star Members can send notes and messages to all Members even if his/her account is under moderation.
My Match has disappeared from my Match List. What has happened?There can be three reasons for this:
- Your Match has deleted you from his/her Match List.
- His/Her account is under moderation and you temporarily can't see his/her photo in your List. You should wait.
- He/She has deleted his/her account from our website.
